Steve Poirier Wins CSCN Title
The pilots of Eagle Chassis's had a pretty good outing at the Nationals as we had six Eagles entered into the 76-car CSCN program with 5 of the 6 making the A Main.

Kyle Sauder was leading the last chance race and got pinched into the turn two wall by a lap car. Kyle also picked up the Best Appearing Car award.

Making the 30 car line up for the $12,000.00 to win show was of course Steve Poirier coming home with the hefty check at the conclusion after working his way up to the lead from the outside of row 2.  On the way to the front Steve first had to move another Eagle from the top spot.  Shawn Donath in the Doug Emery prepared 33 was having a solid Nationals and finished out the show a respectable 8th remaining on the lead lap as Poirier set a torrid pace throughout the entire program.  Micheal Parent brought his Eagle Mount home in 14th after making steady progress forward from his 19th starting position.  Michael put himself into the stout field by picking up the win in the 2nd of 3 B Mains.  Ron Blair had a steady CSCN's and made his way into the A Main with a solid Time Trial Run. Ron had to pull off in the A Main on lap 17 with mechanical issues finishing in 27th position.  Patrick Vigneault had a very solid CSCN's in only his second time to Ohsweken. Patrick started in 16th after a strong showing early making it into the show by way of his heat race finish. Patrick's night was cut short as a power steering line burst only 2 laps into the A Main making him the first car out.

Shawn Donath Slides His Eagle past the Cobra for Victory at Brewerton
Shawn Donath of South Onondaga, N.Y., won the Lucas Oil Empire Super Sprint 25-lap A-Main in thrilling fashion in front of several family and friends. Shawn Donath has won his fair share of races in his career with the DIRT Modifieds, but on Friday night at the Brewerton Speedway Donath, wheeling the Doug Emery owned and prepared number 33 Eagle Chassis took winning to another level.
